Because we care about the safety of every customer, we are unable to accept physical returns of beauty products.
Instead, we proudly offer Store Credit to ensure you have a risk-free shopping experience with us.
🌸 Store Credit Eligibility:

Returns for store credit must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Proof of eligibility may be required (ex: a photo of the product).

Items marked Final Sale or Promotional Gift Sets are not eligible for store credit.
🛍 How to Request Store Credit:

Email us at Info@CarolinaCosmetics.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your Order Number and a Photo of the product.

Our Customer Care Team will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Store Credit Code via email.

Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.

Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for store credit unless the damage occurred during shipping.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
